Challenger rods are hand crafted premium quality rods that
meet 21 inspections beforefinal approval. All Challenger IM6,
IM7, IM8, IM10, C6 and E-Glass rods carry a five (5)year limited
warranty. This warranty applies to the original owner and may
not betransferred to any other person.

THIS 5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY
DAMAGE THAT IS NOT DUETO FACTORY MATERIALS OR
WORKMANSHIP. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY MISUSE,ABUSE
OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS WILL DEEM
THE WARRANTYNULL AND VOID.

Challenger's obligation under this Limited 5 Year Warranty is to
repair or replace the rodat no cost to the original retail purchaser
other than the cost of packing, insuring andshipping the rod to
the dealer purchased from.If the rod is deemed to be replaced
and is a discontinued model, we reserve the rightto replace it
with a current model of our choosing.

slip showing the date of purchase.
